SFocus GUIDE

Background & media

Drop an image / GIF / video into the top area, or click the image icon to pick a file.
Use the sliders below to zoom and set the vertical position.
Preset arrows switch built-in GIF loops.
On iPad, swipe up with two fingers to collapse the billboard; tap/click the top handle to bring it back.

Pages & columns

Create pages on the top right (for work, study, etc.). Each page has its own set of columns.
Use the bottom “+” tile to add new columns.
Drag column headers to reorder them and use side handles to make columns wider or narrower.
Inside columns you can create tasks and subtasks.
Drag a column into the empty row slot to start a new row.
Plus tile mirrors the first column width and sits below the last row.

Buttons & music

Right panel: add buttons for any websites or apps.
Use the vinyl widget to play local audio files.
Paste a YouTube link (track or playlist) to listen while you work.

Clock, date & fonts

Click the time to cycle clock styles.
Click the date to change date layout and text font.
Use the “T” slider to resize the whole clock block.
Timer & alarm live in the alarm icon on the left.

Main goal & tasks

Top “Main goal for today” is your primary focus.
Drag tasks and subtasks between columns to reprioritize quickly.
Use columns for detailed tasks, lists and notes; everything you type is saved locally.
