Digital products bought on this website
At Stripe Checkout, you are asked once to request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the ordinary cancellation or withdrawal right may end when access or download begins. After delivery begins, sales are generally final because the product cannot be returned. We still review duplicate charges, billing errors, non-delivery, a verified material defect on a listed compatible system that we cannot reasonably resolve, and any refund required by applicable law.
Technical problems
Contact [email protected] with the order email, product name, device, operating system, host version and a short description of the problem. We may provide troubleshooting, a replacement archive, an updated build or a refund when the product does not meet its stated compatibility and we cannot provide a reasonable fix.
Subscriptions
Cancel before a trial ends to avoid the first charge. Canceling a paid subscription normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the current paid period. We review duplicate charges, billing errors and any refund rights required by law.
Marketplace purchases
Apple, Gumroad, Etsy and itch.io process their own payments. Refund requests for those purchases must follow the marketplace's process and policies. We will provide technical information when the marketplace asks us to verify a product issue.
