These Terms govern your use of Sfoor Labs websites and your purchase or use of Sfoor Labs audio plugins, applications, digital downloads and subscription services. By using a product or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the license included with that product.
Products and compatibility
Product pages state the supported operating system, plugin format, device type and minimum requirements. A VST3 product for macOS does not include a Windows version unless the product page says so. An AUv3 product may require a compatible iPhone or iPad and host application. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.
Purchases and delivery
Website payments are processed by Stripe. Sfoor Labs does not store full payment card numbers. During the current payment-account transition, the payment or receipt descriptor may identify LocaVero as processing the purchase for Sfoor Labs. After a successful one-time payment, the site may provide a secure download tied to the completed Stripe Checkout session. Marketplace purchases made through Apple, Gumroad, Etsy or itch.io are also governed by that marketplace's terms and delivery process.
For immediately delivered digital products, Stripe Checkout asks once for immediate-delivery consent and acknowledgement that the ordinary cancellation or withdrawal right may end when access or download begins. This does not exclude rights that cannot be waived, including remedies for non-delivery, duplicate billing or digital content that does not conform to its description.
License
Unless a product-specific license says otherwise, a purchase grants the named customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for lawful personal or commercial creative work. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, reverse engineer for redistribution, or publish the software or its release archive.
Updates and support
Sfoor Labs may release fixes, compatibility updates and feature updates. A purchase does not guarantee every future major version. Support is available at [email protected]. Beta and coming soon products may change before final release and are identified on their product pages.
Subscriptions
If a Sfoor Labs subscription becomes available, Checkout will show the trial length, renewal amount and billing frequency before confirmation. A subscription renews until canceled. Customers can cancel through the account billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Any non-waivable rights under applicable law remain in effect.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site, products or download systems to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, or obtain another customer's files or account information.
Availability and warranties
Products and services are provided on an as available basis to the extent permitted by law. Sfoor Labs does not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every third-party host, future operating system or hardware configuration. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sfoor Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost projects, lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for a paid product will not exceed the amount paid for that product during the 12 months before the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms when products, payment methods or legal requirements change. The updated effective date will appear above. These Terms are governed by California law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply where you live.
